It was quick and easy to get a quote (which was very reasonable) and to book in the car. Ben, and his wife Victoria, are friendly, welcoming and obviously have integrity. When there was a difficulty in the job resulting in a small part being broken, Ben was totally upfront about it. He took responsibility for it, sourced the part and did not charge me any extra. I really value that honesty. My whole experience with BS Services left me with a smile on my face! And I was amazed at how smooth the engine felt when I drove the car home!
